Mas Las Cabes

	Mas Las Cabes is a vineyard located near the village of Espira de l'Agly in the Roussillon area, South of France. Purchased by the Gardiés family in 1990, the land is conducted in Organic Farming. Soils are composed of black marl and friable schist. Mediterranean grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Maccabeu, Cinsault, Muscat and Vermentino) are predominantly cultivated, in respect with the terroir and the environment.
